Character
Sports & Leadership
Playgrounds, coaching, and youth councils that build discipline, teamwork, and civic courage.
Play is not a luxury we add after the ‘real’ work. On a ground, a young person learns to show up, to lose without disappearing, to captain without shouting. Sports & Leadership keeps grounds safe, coaches trained, and girls’ access non-negotiable. Community leagues run through the year. A leadership fellowship sits beside the sport: youth councils, civic projects, and an annual summit where captains become organisers. The Unity Cup is a festival, not a final — neighbourhoods meet, eat, and watch their children lead.
