How we measure
A society that only tells moving stories is not yet accountable. A society that only publishes dashboards has forgotten the person. We hold both. Coordinators keep attendance. Livelihood counts placements at 90 days. Health counts consultations and completed referrals. Education counts continuation — still in school at the next term — not only the day a scholarship was handed over.
Names in stories are shared with care. Some are representative composites where privacy requires it. Donors who want utilisation summaries can write to the donor desk; we would rather send a quiet PDF than a glossy claim we cannot stand behind.
