Care
Health & Wellbeing
Community health camps, nutrition, and youth mental-health circles that protect body and mind.
A young person who is unwell cannot learn or work, and a family that is afraid of clinic fees will wait until it is too late. Health & Wellbeing runs mobile camps, nutrition kits, and confidential counselling so care is ordinary, not emergency-only. Doctors and dentists visit on a published calendar. Peer-led mental health circles meet weekly in a room that is not a hospital and not a classroom — a third space where worry can be spoken. We refer onwards when a case needs a specialist, and we walk with the family so a referral is not a dead end.
What this program holds

Who it is for
Children, adolescents, and their caregivers in our neighbourhoods. Counselling circles are age-grouped. Nutrition kits are assessed by the family support desk.

Counselling circles weekly. Camps monthly or as partner clinicians allow. Nutrition distribution aligned with school terms.
How a family joins
- 01Walk in on camp days with a parent if the patient is a minor
- 02Ask any centre coordinator for the next counselling circle time
- 03Serious medical need is referred — we do not replace a hospital
